Using a Kite for Bird Pest Control

One unique bird pest control device available for use is the age-old kite.  A kite can be flown from a fiberglass pole without much trouble.  Many are even able to relaunch themselves when the wind picks up.  Several kites are on the market that resemble birds of prey, natural enemies of small birds.  I have flown a Jackite Osprey over my garden spot.  Watch it fly in the videos below.
These realistic kites can be flown over gardens or berry patches.  Vineyards can benefit as well!
